T-Mobile plans to use bands 2/25, 66, and 77/78 for 5G in the future. Note: Band 2 is a subset of band 25, meaning that all band 2 spectrum can be used for band 25 but not all band 25 spectrum can be used for band 2. T-Mobile will use band 2 for 5G if they want more devices to be compatible or band 25 if they want better speeds.
I don't work for Tmobile or anything like that, so you'll need to check me. That said, I -think- the Home Internet stuff is done online and via UPS. There's no place to go "in" to. The T-mobile storefronts probably won't be able to help you. You can't go to the storefront to pick up the internet gateway, nor can you return one there.
